Product uses:
A) Coating a T-25 flask: add 2ml of AlphaBioCoat solution into one T-25 flask and make sure whole
surface is covered with the coating solution.
B) Place Flask in a 37degrees Incubator for Thirty minutes, dispose AlphaBioCoat solution by
aspiration and the flask is ready to be used (no need for overnight incubation when coated with
AlphaBioCoat solution)
C) Gently rinse the cells in T-25 flask with 5ml1XPBS (Code 300) room temperature (RT) twice.
Make sure the plate is at a neutral pH before seeding cells into T-25 flask.
D) Remove Cells from the liquid Nitrogen, place in a water to thaw cells. (Note: Don’t spin the cells
during the subculture process.
E) Suspend the cells with 5ml of Media. Transfer Cells suspension directly into 1X pre-coated T-25
Flask.
F) Place Cells in a 37 Degrees Incubator.
G) Cell Culture Protocol (Proliferating).
H) Culture Media is changed every 2 days.
